Many walks start from your doorstep into the Yorkshire Dales. The quaint market town of Settle can be reached on an old drover’s route with magnificent views on the way. The Lake District is also in easy reach for those willing to travel that little bit further. Alternatively, the bustling market town of Skipton is only 11 miles away and there are plenty of mill shops in the surrounding towns which provide quality products at discounted prices.
