Situated on the lower ground floor, has lift access, the accommodation is gas centrally heated and comprises:
Open plan living area with fell top view: With oak flooring, LCD TV, DVD and CD player/docking station.
Kitchen area: With granite work surfaces and electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave.
Bedroom: With king size bed and fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom: With bath, stand alone shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

All fuel, power, towels and bed linen included. Cot available. Tea/coffee/sugar supplied. Wi-Fi internet access provided.

Private parking for one car. Please note: There is a lift available from the ground floor of Chaucer House to the lower ground floor.

The former Chaucer House Hotel was converted into 14 luxury apartments and is located in the heart of Keswick with all amenities on the doorstep. It is in a very quiet part of the town but still only five minutes’ walk to Market Square and ten minutes’ to the lake shore. It is a perfect base to enjoy a holiday in the Northern Lakes. With many walks surrounding this pretty town, your car may never leave its parking space.
Chaucer’s Nook is situated on the lower ground floor of Chaucer House and is luxuriously furnished with an eye for detail. It is extremely well-equipped throughout with an emphasis on quality.

    Great, central location, with parking space - essential in Keswick! Comfortable and well equipped (although the bathroom extractor fan needs inspection) Superficially clean, but don't look too closely at some of the cooking equipment, or under the sofa or behind the radiators - perhaps this will be rectified at the end of the season or when covid goes away.
