This large, Grade II listed farmhouse is tucked away at the end of a long track and has extensive views over the surrounding open countryside. Set in its own grounds, with room for ball games, barbecues and relaxing, this friendly house provides spacious accommodation for up to 19 guests and has many character features including wood burner and two staircases. The big kitchen serves as a hub of activities and is well-equipped to cater for large parties, the dining room table is large enough for everyone to enjoy a celebratory feast. The living room has a feature fireplace and a large flat screen TV. A second living room with a large flat screen TV doubles as the games room. The house is well placed for easy access to the rugged north coast and beaches around Bude, and many other attractions are all within easy reach. For walkers, the moors and coastal path are a short drive. Golf, horse riding and historic Launceston with its Norman castle and steam railway are all within 5 miles. Shop 5 miles, pub 3 miles.

    Lovely house & great time with the family with a huge kitchen and dining room. The lovely owners even sent my hair dryer back after I’d left it there.
