All oil, electricity, bed linen and towels included. First supply of logs supplied for wood burning stove. Wi-Fi available. Private patio area with shared use of a further six acres of gardens/walks/small lake with patio furniture available. Parking for 2 cars.

Beudy Bendigaid (Magnificent Cowshed!) is a stylish conversion from a 19th Century stone barn, adjacent to, but not overlooked by the owners residence ’Ffynnon Fendigaid’ (Holy Well). Set in a peaceful location near the West Wales coast, just over a 5 minute drive to the popular beaches of Llangrannog and Penbryn. This 5* holiday cottage has been lovingly renovated by the owners, a modern conversion with stylish decor and furnishings. It is immaculately kept with no comfort or convenience overlooked - it is the perfect holiday retreat. Beneath the living room’s beamed ceiling, the wood burning stove, thick stone walls and a host of comfortable soft furnishings provide the perfect ingredients for cosy evenings in. There is a garden and patio area to the front with a picnic table and beyond a further 6 acres of grounds with walks, views, seating area, woodland and a small lake. The two bedrooms are both located on the ground floor and both are beautifully presented. French doors from the master bedroom lead you out onto the private patio, a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast on a warm morning. Admire the view across the lovely Hoffnant valley - a perfect spot to absorb the tranquility of nature and recuperate from the many adventures to be had in this corner of Wales.

    Good cottage - everything was in place . However down side was no control over heating and the wifi was non existent : a booster/ extension is required. And got the distinct impression that they were not exactly dog friendly - tolerated a dog.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
