Courtyard Cottage is a very spacious and opulent property and has that cosy and homely feel as soon as you walk inside. It is located at the end of a long driveway that cuts through some immaculate kept greens of the magnificent Lamberhurst Golf Club. This gorgeous cosy and inviting home is extremely well furnished and decorated by the owner, who have thoughtfully and lovingly restored it. Walking through the front door and to the left you will find the living/dining room with some very cosy outdoor space accessed via some French doors. Next to this you have a compact, bijoux but well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is located next to the kitchen and is newly decorated to an extremely high level and then finally you will find the spacious bedroom. Everything has been lovingly completed by the owner to a very high standard and certainly will give you the relaxation and calmness you have been looking for. With so many acres to explore this is a perfect home relax in or use as a base as it is positioned perfectly right on the Sussex/Kent border where you have attractions like Scotney Castle Garden, Spa Valley Railway, The Tunbridge Wells Museum and Art Gallery. If is water sports that interests, then why not visit Bewl Water. Bewl Water is the largest stretch of open water in the South East. The 800-acre site is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the heart of the High Weald. Open all year, a visit to this stunning lake is fantastic family fun and great value. As mentioned, this property is found next to the Lamberhurst Golf Club. The course is situated in parkland of outstanding beauty, on both sides of the River Teise, with spectacular views over the local Kent and Sussex countryside.
With plenty to do on your doorstep with a plethora of eateries local to you, this is a spectacular place you can call home for a week or two whilst you visit all that Sussex and Kent has to offer. A short walk into the village and you can pick from two pubs not 20 metres apart. Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 15-minute drive and offers shops, bars and restaurants. You can spend some of the day sitting outside relaxing and watching the world go by as you get front row seats overlooking everything. Comfy beds and opulent surroundings make Courtyard Cottage an unforgettable place to spend your holiday, where you are going to make plenty of memories for you and the family.

    We both really enjoyed our stay. Court Lodge Estate is beautiful, and Courtyard Cottage too was stunning. We had everything we could need, very comfortable, with beautiful gardens and its own lovely courtyard/patio area, all situated in an outstanding setting. Daniel, (Estate Manager) and Kim the owner were both very friendly and helpful. They have worked really hard renovating the whole Estate to an exceptional standard. Lamberhurst village itself is lovely with some great pubs. Also it is a great location for visiting Tenterden, Tunbridge Wells etc We will certainly will be booking to stay on the Estate again.
