16 Great Cliff is a wonderful, two-bedroom apartment on the third floor of the Great Cliff building situated on Marine Parade in Dawlish. it is just a one-minute level walk from the town centre and based along the sea front, separated only from the secluded beach and sea by Brunel’s historic Great Western Railway, which runs along the coastline. Showcasing sea views, two bathrooms, an open plan living area, a private parking space and having the added convenience of lift access to the entrance, this holiday home is the perfect base for a traditional seaside holiday. Outside, intercom facilities let guests in through the main entrance and there is lift access to the third floor. Please be aware the trains are regularly passing outside the apartment during the daytime but Brunel’s Great Western main line running along the sea wall is one of Dawlish’s attractions.
The apartment’s open plan kitchen, dining and living areas feel bright and spacious and have sweeping sea views over Dawlish beach, with doors opening out onto a small balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area has a stylish table and chairs providing the perfect space for a leisurely breakfast or celebratory dinner (two extension leaves and two extra dining chairs are available). The two well-presented, kingsize bedrooms are cosy and comfortable. The master has an en-suite with a shower cubicle, and the other bedroom has use of the family bathroom.
Dawlish is a great seaside town and has an abundance of shops, bars, eateries, takeaways, a theatre, charming gardens and an exciting crazy golf course. Ramblers can follow the South West Coast Path in two directions to discover breathtaking coastline scenery. Walk along the sea wall to the resort of Dawlish Warren which has a sandy beach with the Exe estuary on one side and the sea on the other, with attractions, various local facilities and a wonderful nature reserve to enjoy. The opposite direction takes you to the vibrant coastal town of Teignmouth with a beautiful long promenade, pier, beach restaurants and pubs.
Explore the English Riviera coastline including Paignton Zoo, both the Dartmouth and South Devon Steam Railways, and the fishing harbour of Brixham. Day trips to the beaches in the South Hams such as Blackpool Sands and Goodrington Beach also offer a great alternative for a fun day out and they are within an hour’s drive. Excellent rail links to Exeter, Torquay, Paignton and Plymouth are all accessible from Dawlish’s train station a 5-minute walk away. With such a central location, this is the perfect apartment for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in a picturesque setting with breathtaking views. Beach 175 yards.

    Lovely quite location , flat great well equipped no problems but a couple of little extras would be useful .
