  10. A wonderful location and a bonus to have the floating pub on the canal side. Beautiful cottage, a very useful base for exploring the glens and lochs. We were so lucky to get such good weather all week. May 2009.
  11. Being early January when we visited Ivy Cottage you cant expect the weather to be perfect. The cottage has all you need; a great open fire, plenty of hot water, comfy furniture and a great location, will be visiting again. Jan 2009.

  15. A really relaxing holiday cottage which is beautiful and very clean. Nice to have the open fire in the evening and plenty of coal and peat. Restaurant/pub just 3 minute walk over Loch. Great area for sight seeing. Lovely drive to Loch Ness and Culloden Battlefield and Fort Georged stay there again. June 2008.

    This little, detached, single-storey holiday cottage is attractively situated by the water’s edge at the north end of Loch Lochy, surrounded by some of Scotland’s most beautiful Highland scenery. An ideal base from which to fish the loch, guests can also ski at Aonach Mor on Ben Nevis or visit Loch Ness, Inverness, Fort William and the Isle of Skye. Alternatively you can simply sit in the waterside garden and relax while watching the passing boats. Loch fishing rights included. There is a hotel, restaurant, shops and other facilities at Invergarry 3 miles or Fort Augustus, 12 miles.

    All on ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

    Open fire in living room included. Electricity and bed linen included. Electric cooker. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Well-fenced garden and furniture. Parking. NB: Garden borders loch.
